Domestic Shipping Within Australia
Standard Australia Post Parcel - (with tracking number)
All domestic (within Australia) orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Schofields, New South Wales.
The estimated processing time period could be 3 - 5 business days before your order is shipped from date of sale.
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday 9am-6:00pm. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item on your order, the Fox and Panda team will notify you via email or phone and organise a refund or alternative replacement item from our current stock availability.
Please see below our Australian wide shipping rates which are measured by weight of the items or total of items in a package.
These shipping rates are set by Australia Post Services - Additional handling fee of $2.00au is added for every order and is automatical added. This covers shipping packaging supplies and administration fee.. A break down of the handling fee is explained in the Handling Packages and Handling Fee section.
If your item(s) is oversized, or weighs more than 20kg, we will need to contact you to discuss an alternative service to deliver your order to you. We will to arrange for someone to be home at the delivery address along with confirming a price of the service.
If you fall into one (1) of the three (3) LGA's (Local Goverment Areas) listed below we can also deliver oversized items or packages for a flat delivery rate.
Local Delivery Rate and Option
If you fall into one (1) of these three (3) LGA's (Local Goverment Area) listed below we can also arrange for a local delivery from the Fox and Panda Comics Team for a flat rate of $8.00 plus handling fee of $2.00 as mentioned before.
These Local LGA areas are: Blacktown LGA, Penrith LGA and the Hills District LGA. These areas are in a 15km Radius from our base of operations in Schofields NSW. A Fox and Panda Comics team memeber will be in contact with you to confirm time, date and delivery address.
Please note this service can be removed if any future pandemic lockdowns occur and we will be unable to provide local delivery.
International Shipping - New Zealand
This is the standard international service offered through Australia Post.
This option is only available for New Zealand orders. This service estimates delivery within 3 to 15 business days after our warehouse Processing Period. The below prices are set by Australia Post and judged by weight of the said parcel.
Postage rates start at:
$19.50 AUD for up to 0.5kg
$25.00 AUD for 0.5kg to 1.0kg
$37.50 AUD for 1.0kg to 2.0kg
$57.50 AUD for 2.0kg to 5.0kg
$95.00 AUD for 5.0kg and over!
International Shipping to other country's (Rest of the World) Shipping rates will be judged on a case by case bases. Currently Rest of the World shipping has been deactivated. You can still reach out and contact us via email if you wish to have a more detailed quote on shipping to your country. Please note there will be some countries that we will not be able to ship too...
Handling Packages
Packing Standards
The Fox and Panda team are collectors ourselves! What this means for you? It is that we pack your orders the way we like to receive our own orders, so we take the utmost care in ensuring your items get to your home safely and securely.
Comics are always bagged and boarded, with support boards in place to ensure unintentional bending to the comics or graphic novels to happen. Bubble wrap is applied to allow no marks or creases to transfer onto the comics or graphic novel. Do Not Bend warning is always written on the outside of the parcel/package.
Statues, Collectables and the rest of the funky products, are always wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in well kept boxes. We ensure to the best of our abilities that the packages are waterproof but cannot take responsibility for weather damaged products during transit.
PLEASE NOTE: Fox and Panda Comics do not take responsibility if any damage is to occur to the products during the transport process. All our packages are packed to a high standard and all products are inspected and photographed before leaving the Fox and Panda Warehouse. Once your parcel/package is in the hands of Australia Post, we can not control the delivery process.
Handling Fee
A handling fee of $2.00 is added to every order.
This handling fee is broken down into the following items to be clear and transparent to all our customers. The Handling fee covers the cost of: Shipping boxes, tape, bubble wrap, admin items such as ink and admin labour to put together your package.
Australia Post Service prices are quite high and that is not including the cost of all items mentioned above. This $2.00 fee ensures that all your packages are packed securely and reduces the chance of the product inside being damaged because of transit staff from a third party such as Australia Post.

Please be aware that Australia Post will not allow an investigation to begin on missing items until a period of three weeks (15 business days) has passed.
