Many common questions have already been answered in our FAQ.
Can’t Find What You’re Looking For?
We do our best to keep our store up to date, but occasionally an item may be hard to find or temporarily unavailable.
If you’re searching for a specific product, think something might be missing from the site, or are looking for a special item and want to know if we can source it, feel free to reach out.
Email us at foxandpanda@outlook.com with as much detail as possible, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can to point you in the right direction or let you know if the item is available.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been packed and shipped, changes or cancellations are NOT possible.
When is my order confirmed?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes you need to make and account to access our checkout function. This protects our customers and us against bots and scammers. But making an account is free and you are not forced into subscribing into our email campaign or magazine.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Buy Now Pay Later services such as Afterpay and PayPal (availability may vary).
Do you buy collections?
Yes! we do buy collections.
Purchases are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the condition, content, and overall value of the collection.
In most cases, collections will need to be physically inspected before we can make an offer.
-
Sydney / NSW Metro:
Inspections are arranged in person. -
Regional NSW:
Regional inspections can be arranged, however a travel/inspection fee may apply. -
Interstate collections:
An initial online meeting (e.g. Microsoft Teams) will be required to review the collection.
If the collection is confirmed to be of interest, we can then arrange an interstate in-person inspection.
If you’re looking to sell a collection, please contact us via email with details about what you have, your location, and any photos you can provide, and we’ll let you know the next steps.
